Keir Starmer

Can someone show me where it mentions AS in the motion to kick Corbyn out, please?

He's not even being subtle really. Everyone with a modicum of sense knows it's just a political move to win some extra support from sections of the country.

Morality has been thrown out of the window by those in power of both leading parties.

Corbyn is a dinosaur and a scruffy twat . He had some very good policies but too many far left cronie mates in high places like scouse Len McClusky . Not much going for him to be fair ……..
He should retire along with his lunatic sidekick Dianne Abbot ,what a pair !
Labour under Starmer meanwhile polling around 50 % a staggering 25% ahead of the tories.
Tories facing obliteration at last !

Pretty much the only thing that matters.

The sad reality is that the dominant culture in this country is small 'c' conservative, and Starmer has to allow for that.

A lot of people are scared to fuck of anything that smacks of radical change, and the media makes the most of those fears. Objective fact has nothing to do with it. If people feel threatened, no matter how irrationally, it tends to push them to the right.

The dangerous far-right loony cult that has wholly disproportionate power in the Tory Party - let alone the country - knows this, and uses the internet to stoke these fears. Thus the endless conspiracy theories around the WEF, digital currency, people in dinghies, 15-minute cities, and so on and so forth. The more scared you are, the better they like it. The very last thing they want is for you to feel secure and safe.

I wish this country was different, I really do. I also wish people would grow out of flag-shagging and worshipping the so-called royals and the Tory establishment. However, wishing doesn't make it so.

Starmer needs to keep policy close to his chest.
I think the situation regarding Corbyn is that to appeal to floating voters, he has to distance himself from the previous leadership. On the face of it this can appear to be a betrayal, although in reality it is probably just Starmer trying to increase his popularity across the spectrum.
As much as I agree with Corbyns' ideals, perhaps it is time for him to withdraw his challenge and ensure that Labour get elected as a result.
In fighting in the party is likely to damage the aim of Labour getting into power with an overwhelming majority.

So his strategy is to win the floating voters by alienating voters on the left? I might be wrong but that seems like a zero to negative sum game to me.

What he has actually done is bring focus that he’ll say and do anything for power and that he’s not really much of a strategic thinker. I can see why people think he’s a bit of a **** really.

That circa 20% polling lead may be a clue…

Crikey that’s borderline slander that is. I hope he’s got proof a plenty to back that claim up. Corbyn definitely hates capitalism and bankers and thinks Palestinians get a raw deal but to flat out call him AS, like he has there, is either ballsy or stupid.
