There were some local circumstances that didn't help the SNP either. Still it was a big swing.They held the seat before 2019 quite comfortably tbf, havig held it 12 of the 18 years it has beeen a constituency, so not a massive suprise it returned to Labour, but as you say any extra seat helps
Maybe some in Scotland need to experience a Labour government again to realise that it makes little difference to them over the Tories. The chasm between London and the SE and the rest of the country will still stay the same.
