You’ll hate how we are treating our asylum seekers then! Not as much as I shudder at such blatant intolerance.

Alright Pam, not seen you knocking about for years, how the hell are you my friend?I agree but needs must and the present govt is the worst of my lifetime... and I remember Thatcher. These people are robbing, corrupt
, nation corroding, far Right spivs and even the spineless career-mongers of the current opposition can't fail to at least arrest the decline. Not a lofty aspiration I know but hold your nose and vote Labour. Or vote tactically if you live in Marple or Hazel Grove or somewhere else where the Yellow ones are are best placed to win, vote for them. Anything but this feckless Tory scum. It's depressing and utterly joyless, Rascal, I know. But the situation now is beyond dire. Even if we get some constitutional reform, it's better than nowt. We have to start somewhere.
We're in a country that is currently under the disaster capitalism model. Will Austerity Reeves under a Starmer government change that? What we don't have is a vote for real change which is a shame. I think people have accepted that capitalism needs poverty and as long as enough people are doing okay that wins the day. Its no coincidence that Starmers most vocal supporters come across as doing okay.
A conscience with an eye on their own wallet.
They will use fear and ignorance along with tarring labour MPs as "being the same" to keep turnout low.Only took the Tories 24 hrs to bring out the ‘racist’ trope because Starmer said that Sunak doesn’t get Britain.
The run-up to the GE is going to get that low, it might be better to stay away from it.
Does he carry that flag about with him ;-)
Look like it's been awkwardly put in a cheeseplant pot for the photo not a feature that sits there daily
Shocking isn't it?
Man who will be the next PM of the United Kingdom in being seen with the Union Jack shocker!
I have a dreadful feeling. Pam, that the next one will be worse than the current one!I agree but needs must and the present govt is the worst of my lifetime... and I remember Thatcher. These people are robbing, corrupt

He's borrowed from the Stalinist playbook so he might as well go the whole hog.A lot of the "Other" labour voters are hoping he has the hammer and sickle in his back pocket for after the election.
