I may misread it but I wonder how real the Green threat actually is? I mean they are actually clinically insane, and outside areas where the Immams coordinate the votes for them, I wonder how many other seats they might get in a GE where Polanski's clinical insanity is pulled to shreds by every media channel in every interview.

I think voting for you local Green councillor is a lot less "serious" than voting for a Green MP, and I think their vote collapses in a General Election. For now they are a protest vote. When its for real? Their vote disappears I think.
 
The quicker Starmer fucks off the better but who in the Labour Party takes over ? Can’t see any of them with qualities to sort this fucked up country out now . God help us all because it all leads to Reform being voted in by the masses like in America

Not a massive fan of Burnham. There is something about him that I can’t put my finger on that has triggered me on numerous occasions over the years, but of all the likely candidates he’s by some distance the best.

He’s the only one that can turn it round imo. But still think it’s a long shot. We are in a death spiral as a nation.

Funnily enough, no such company schemes exist, because doing so would be lunacy. The top sales staff would think fuck this for a lark, and would go and find another job. Whilst the lazy or useless ones would think it was marvellous.

And that in a nutshell is what is wrong with "tax the rich, tax the rich". To get growth we need to get the state of people's back, reward success and incentives people to start businesses, hire people, grow their business.

Not clobber them as soon as they are remotely successful. People need to be able to keep more of what they earn, not hand half of it over to an inept government.

It’s no wonder this shower tried to ban the local elections..

I may well have to get stuck into the Jelly & Ice Cream I’ve been saving although it’s been in the freezer for 6yrs!

It’s a shame King Charlie boy can’t dissolve parliament and get rid of the lot of em.

I'm not a particular fan of Farage, btw. I just think he's the best hope we've got. I prefer Chemi Badenock but her party is unelectable.

If we can get growth moving, back to the good old days or 3% or 4% even, then everything changes. Government has more revenue to spend, public services get better, taxes can be cut. People can genuinely be better off for the first time in donkeys years.

So how do you get growth? By having a genuinely pro-business agenda. And Reform is run by business people who might actually have some clue, unlike the current set of clowns.

We will never agree on reform but I am genuinely interested in what policies reform have that inspire you, particularly with the NHS and defence
