But hey you just cant see the bigger picture like some on here. Are you sure you are not out to just knock the manager ;-)
The next step is that they tell you that you don't understand football and say that you would rather have Sam Allardyce as manager. I like to call it Cult of Pep Bingo. We are going to tear everyone a new one next season, he hasn't got his own full backs, we are going to batter someone any match now, there's nothing wrong with the defending it's just that we miss chances, we will still piss top 4, everyone struggles against a parked bus...house!

Is it? I remember a Kelechi at the start of the season that was getting regular game time, was scoring and creating goals and didn't look remotely out of place. The Kelechi that is being described here is the one that gets 5 mins every half a dozen games.

You weren't watching then because he looked awkward and broke up our play even when he'd pop up with a goal. That's why he got dropped when Aguero was still suspended.

Amazingly enough, Guardiola doesn't drop players who are doing brilliantly.

Sane - Pretty much every game up until we played Arsenal at home or are we gonna rewrite history?

Sterling - According to Whoscored, com this season Sterling has played 54 games (3119 mins) he has scored 9 goals and has 9 assists. Kelechi has played 28 games (606 mins) and has scored 9 goals and has 3 assists. Now, I am not big on stats because I think they mask a lot with regards to actual performance levels (see David Silva), however if we are going to use them in this instance, I would suggest the stats state that Kelechi is far more effective than Sterling.

KDB has been playing all season, flitting between a deep-lying midfield role, a number 10 and a right winger. Navas has played over 30 games this season and has been absolute turd for the majority, the majority of which have not been at RB.

As for Kelechi missing chances, I am yet to see a striker yet that scores with every attempt. Every striker misses chances, including the very best. The difference is they get to come back the game after and try again, Kelechi gets to sit on the bench for the next 5 games.

Which games specifically was Sané bad in.

And it's hilarious that you complain about "rewriting history" and then pretend Sterling's not been one of our better players throughout the season.

Do you realise how condescending your posts are? You are here every single day to let us all know how little we know about football and how superior you are to everyone else on the forum. Lets cut to the chase once and for all because you've been getting on my tits for months............ I have forgotten more about this game than you know, you have the football knowledge of a springer spaniel, yet think you are Pep Guardiola, let me confirm for you that your football knowledge is actually closer to Alan Ball (the dead one). Now do me a favour and don't respond to me again, something I kindly asked of you months ago. It adds nothing to the conversation, other than you sending my blood pressure through the roof.

Honest answer, please. Blinkers off. Do you and Fantasy Ireland genuinely think Nacho has been managed well this season?

Haha yeah ok pal.

You're grand theory is that when we had no other striking options, Iheanacho was dropped for Nolito because he was playing brilliantly whenever given the chance.

The funny thing is I've had you ignored for months, just happened across more of your BS before I logged in and someone needed to point it out for you.

As for Sané being awful before the Arsenal game, that's hilarious from a man of apparently such superior football knowledge. He'd had meaningful, (ie more than 5 minutes) appearances in 7 games before that, and looked brilliant against Everton (H), got an assist vs. Gladbach, Had a great game against Chelsea (H) and rescued the game for us vs. Southampton.

So at worst, he had 3 poor games at a new club on his way back from an injury that stopped him from having a preseason. And that's the guy you think got too many chances.

He's not looked good when played, and I think those poor performances have knocked his confidence a lot. He's not adapted to the new demands from Guardiola and it's shown in pretty much every game he's played upwards of 20 minutes in.

If anything Pep probably shouldn't have started him in some games because he's been so out of sync with everyone else that he's had to come off, and I think that's bad management, but at the same time, he needs to get tested at some point.

In terms of game time for the kid,its been less than ideal, but thats not on Pep,its on his ability coupled with the fact he's behind much better players in the pecking order. How Pep has personally managed him off the pitch,i would know,as none of us do - however he certainly doesnt look unhappy on training sequences,in interview,or when Pep has his arm around him post games.

We're not 100% but, fair play, you did give an honest answer, as requested.

Haha, at times we have played some brilliant stuff this season and at other times we have been piss poor or bang average for a whole variety of reasons. I think Pep should be credited for the plusses but i think its only fair that he can be held to account for his part in the dissapointments this season. He said so himself that he had made mistakes. This league is much harder and less forgiving than than LaLiga or the Bundesligue and our squad isnt as good Barcelona. That said i still think he could have done better in some areas, subs, style of play etc and and binning Kelechi off when chances are going begging is just one area I bet even he would have changed if he had had the last few months again. I hope and believe he will get more right next season.
