Do they play in winter (though it's summer for them) in A-League? He could ply for Melb City and for nyc then

A-League starts next weekend, runs through to may (finals series)
 
Can I ask what is the situation with this guy. Is he ours without a work permit. Not sure if anyone has seen his facebook page but he is full of love for Jose and Chelsea...his own words. This was back in April. Was he on our books then?
