Yer dead right. Pre-MANUre cup match there was a twenty min wait for meat and potato pies on CBL3. I ended up with some peppered shite and we lost. Thought of complaining to CoolHandKhaldoon as the pies are as fundamental to success on the field as medical science and sports psychology, but felt I didn't want another peppered shite pie in me ear, so I held my counsel.

This is the benefit of City keeping their powder dry on this matter. We havent said very much at all prior to this amongst all the speculation and bollocks from the press, so when we do, and it comes from the top in official language, it carries weight and people take notice. Fair play to him, sounds like a professional.

Sees everyone is missing the main point, tevez was told 5 days before the Munich game that he was not getting his 6m in loyalty bonuses due to the transfer request. I think we're willing to take a hit on this one and dig in, to prove that we are not to be fucked with. Will stand us in good stead in the future as players and other clubs will think twice about trying to fuck us over.
 
As much as this clause about doubling his wages is mentioned I'm fairly confident that we wouldn't be supid enough to promise our best paid player (by a long way) that we'd double his wages if we won the PL. I could understand how a clause of a hike in wages of 10% or 20% could exist.

I'm pretty sure it's another rumour that's been repeated as fact out of the Kia camp because it definitely won't have come from the club.

If the clause does exist in the form mentioned then someone needs sacking because it is insane.
