Watched it this morning on City website. Good interview. The opening of the City campus later this year is a culmination of six years of planning from when Sheikh Mansour first bought the club. He said he doesn't agree with UEFA's interpretation of FFP but City are pragmatic and will accept ruling. 21 player should not hurt City but they might have to rely on some EDS players to fill the 8 local player rule. Fine is not a big thing as it is withholding Champions League prize money.

As to players, he said City has a clear plan on additions and losses. Really wants Milner to stay.
