Khaldoons End of Season Interview

Yeah yeah yeah, anything on the membership scandal and the and the ticketing criteria for the CL semi!?!?

Honestly he is incredible. I am always in awe of the way he enables to communicate with precise, concise professionalism. Properly inspirational, I would absolutely love to be able to work with him, learn from his knowledge and also see how he does business when a camera isn't there.

Can someone do bullet points of the important stuff for those of us who can't watch at work?

Not that much really. Not without stating the obvious or whatbwe already know.

- Delight and more so relief at CL win, similar to 2012 weight being lifted.
- Delight at consistency in all competitions year in year out, in particilar the PL
- Praise for Haaland's mentality, and mostly being humble.
- Pride at having 16 city players at the world cup, and a winner in Alvarez, who is also humble (fair bit of stress on that word)
- Recognition of Gundo's achievements here, he will be a club legend. He has his own decisions to make and they will respect that.
- Mention od medical team and other back of house teams
- Can't talk about charges, would love to, but while it is ongoing legally shouldn't. Has very strong views and one day will give blunt opinion when the time is right but for now, nothing.
- Generally positives on growth and sustainable success

So in a season when we're likely to report the highest revenue in English football history, and maybe in all history, they've hiked prices up again when there is no financial justification for doing that.

And, if the rumour on here was true, people wanting to watch us play one of the other top 6 clubs will be paying just shy of £100.

And he comes out with all this brash, confident fighting talk in these interviews yet we're quiet as a mouse the rest of the time. He mentioned that we have a small squad yet when have you ever heard our media team say that? It's left to us fans.

I sorry, but it's all bullshit. I'm grateful for what Sheikh Mansour and Khaldoon have done for us and am delighted to be where we are now but please don't fucking patronise us.
Patronise us?

FFS what this ownership has done for this club is beyond our wildest dreams but they are not a charity.

When we pay top wages they have to be covered and that includes ticket prices.

Is it right? no, but maybe you have to look at the ludicrous amounts paid to the players and manager but as long as the big pots keep coming there is little argument in what they do.

A nice balance of humility and arrogance.

The undercurrent is, "We fucking told you so!", pointing to our achievements on and off the field, that we will not be diverted from our objectives.

He's rightly bursting with pride and this Champions League win has emboldened both him and the entire Club.

Khaldoon promised to be "blunt" when the tribunal has reached its findings, which is a warning in itself to those who have contrived against us?

We could construe it however we want?

I'd be surprised if he intends to burn the house down if the decision is favourable?

If the chairman intends to light it up, an argument can also be made that he doesn't care if we are given some lame charge!
