Khaldoon's End of Season Review Part 2 (Pg 14)

Haven't seen one media outlet (other than the OS) mention that CIty have won the the PL, the PL2 and U18 titles back to back. Hadn't realised myself it was back to back until Khaldoon said it in this interview.
That's phenomenal.
I betcha knew which team won the u18 FA cup, playing at home with a 60000 £1 a ticket crowd, as the BBC thoughtfully had Simon Stone available to go and write a preview, match report and iirc follow up

Sorry but I'm not gonna blow smoke up his arse. Tells us how much local working class fans mean to the club but every season (bar one) they have increased the prices. And the club have moved long seated fans so they can turn more of the stadium into corporate seats. If you've got the money to absorb the price increases it's all well and good, but if you haven't you've been(or will soon be) priced out and on your arse watching on TV.
sad but true.

I think the overall experience as a fan at City is pretty good and the majority of tickets are reasonably priced. Gauge what we get compared with what crap other fans are getting often for much more money.

They must be cracking players then.

You say it is nonsense then agree that they are not as good as Rodri, which is what I said, again quote me the part that says they are not really good players?

Not fit to lace Rodri's boots is what I said.

Also, get the guy's name right if you are going to call somebody else's post nonsense.

K

You said they aren’t fit to lace Rodri’s boots and called them both ‘fillers’. Anyone with half a brain cell knows they’re very good players and a much higher standard than anyone currently playing in our academy.

Rodri is a great player but also a great example of a footballer who has come on leaps and bounds under Pep. His first season was very uninspiring, but he’s come good this season. The same can be said about most of Pep’s signings.

That’s my point about Phillips and Rice. Clearly Pep would take them to another level. That’s not to say they aren’t already very good. I think Declan Rice in particular could exceed Fernandinho/Rodri if he was coached by Pep for a few seasons.

Your OP was overly critical.

All this is very off topic so I’ll leave it there.

TBH, bar the usual PR guff, the only decent snippet was more players coming in.

Off the pitch tomorrow. Could be better? Thought that previously, and it wasn't, so I'm not getting overly excited.

Part one was pitched perfectly. Celebrated our success, talked about the hunger for next season, hinted at how rosy everything was between pep and the board, and gave us a nice bit of info on further signings.

Now I hope part 2 tackles meatier subjects like our choice to join the super league and the regret (I hope) we have.

Unlikely. It might shed light on why the women’s team has been dismantled in the last couple of weeks.

Majority of the tickets(PL match) are £60 plus, how is that reasonably priced? : /
