They won't be petty but I hope they will be pragmatic regarding confidentiality clauses /restrictions.

This event is one of the biggest in PL/City's modern history and has been commented on every hour of every day since the allegations.

City must insist on a right of reply, including naming names, to set the whole record straight and leave even the most stupid and biased fans in no doubt about our 100% innocence,along with the cartels conspiracy to destroy us !!

This was the response in 2020 after the CAS verdict. People really need to temper their expectations on how the club will respond if found innocent.

Just remember, the club knows things we don't. So they're aware of what the media landscape looks like and probably just think it's not worth responding to.

There is no benefit to the club from a legal standpoint talking about this publicly in detail.
