I think he's suggesting we give them £25m + Tevez for Thiago Silva not them giving us £25m + Silva for Tevez.

Anyway a fair deal would probably be a straight swap + about £10m in our direction, Tevez is damaged goods so we're gonna have to accept we're not getting above £30m in cash for him. Thiago Silva is easily the fastest rising centre-half in Europe and worth £30m himself, he would be an immense addition to our squad.
