Absolute rubbish. Tevez will continue to be paid a massive salary even if he sits it out in the reserves. He has no obvious incentive to leave, other than pride. As AC Milan have apparently issued City with a 10-day deadline to accept a loan deal or nothing, Mancini will most probably take the latter option.

If I were another club, wherever, would I look at his history and wage demands and transfer fee and say that's an attractive proposition? Hell no.
