Kia Joorabchian Talksport 12pm Thursday 26th.

With Balotelli constantly being suspended, Dzeko terribly out of form and Aguero struggling on his own... would I want to see Tevez in a City shirt again? Absolutely... but only if he apologises, not just to Mancini but to the fans as well.

What a great sign-off that would be before being sold in the summer... helping us to win the league!!

I'm as furious as the next man about how he has treated the club and us - I can't remember a player going on strike like this after refusing to play in a CL match.... but there's always a way back if he's willing to take it and we're willing to accept him back!

Only caught part of the interview with Snakey.

'Not about the money' - yeah right.

'Loves West Ham'

Call the bluff send him to West Ham on loan on a negotiated contract of £0 wages. I'll put him in the shop window. If he comes back to us all the press leaks will start again to try and stop us winning the Prem in the hope that Bob will get the boot.

I liked the bit when he was asked if he was being paid when he went back to argentina and he said "no, carlos is not the type to want to be paid if he's not playing, he could have stayed to train with the reserves and be paid but he's not like that". How very noble of him!.

PMSL at this.

He was fined 6 weeks wages in december for not turning up since early November, and he appealed against that to a panel of directors. They dismissed his appeal earlier this month, as Khaldoon said the other day.

Why appeal if he didn't want paying?

Or did he appeal by accident?

His appeal may have more to do with the fact we have found him guilty of a breach of contract.
Any player who leaves a club under these circumstances faces a four month ban commencing from the start of the ensuing season. This can be increased to six.
Any club he moves to are also held jointly responsible for any compensatory payments.

This stops him just 'walking.'

“For two years he was dedicated to the football club, he even went to Italy to get massive treatment on his knee to come back and play in the FA Cup final"

does that dedication include his transfer requests lol

shame his two years of 'dedication' didn't quite fulfil his 5 year obligation the ****

Wrong. It's over the course of a season:
That does not say its over the course of a season.

If I recall correctly, it's over the length of the contract.

Has to be over the course of a contract, otherwise, any player who was injured for a season would be able to leave on a free despite the initial outlay the club spent in signing him.
If your injured, then your not available! Only kicks in if a player is AVAILABLE.

Shit stirring ****.

Any players at City with him as their agent should be told fuck him off or we'll fuck you off.
