Dont think alot of people will like this comparison but Silva is our Paul Scholes.

Fully agree. He dictates our tempo just as Scholes did for that shower of shit in past seasons.

Think hes only going to get better and better, just hope that if we do sign Snjider (spelling?) that they can both play.

Been saying for ages, the resemblance to Messi is staggering. Just look at the way he glides(not runs) past players so effortlessly as if they wasn't there just by using his body shape. Messi must of studied this video over and over growing up.

The trouble at the time was that nobody at all was on his wavelength!
How many times did he drag 3-4 players with him then flick a through ball to some donkey to blam over or wide?
In todays team he would be just sensational.

No mate,love Silva but he plays more like Berkovitch did.To go on runs like that you need a burst of pace and that is one thing Silva lacks.
