It works fine for me in Chrome.
Does your computer have a touchscreen?
If so, go to the chrome://flags and disable Touch Optimized UI and Enable touch events.
tried that, I don't have the Touch Optimized UI thing, so I enabled the latter anyway, rebooted, but no change.

Customize button in the top right that is three horizontal lines, then More Tools and Extensions. Anything in there apart from Google stuff?
