Does your computer have a touchscreen?
If so, go to the chrome://flags and disable Touch Optimized UI and Enable touch events.
tried that, I don't have the Touch Optimized UI thing, so I enabled the latter anyway, rebooted, but no change.
Are you running any addons?

is a link mate. Copy-paste it into your address bar
Press ctrl + f and copy & paste Enable touch events into it, it'll be set to automatic, change it to disabled.I can find the one I was told to enable, but not the one to disable
