Forgive me if this has been asked and sorted in the previous 196 pages but...

Movies start out fine but then audio goes out of sync with video. A quick rewind for a second brings it back for a few minutes til it goes again.

Anything I can do about it?

Hey mate,
Press OK on the remote, then click audio icon and change the audio offset to whatever you want mate

Have you tried doing a factory reset mate?

Perhaps Kodi 16.1 needs more processing power now than before :/

I gave my Dad my Fire TV box because his internet speed is far slower than mine and I have kept the firestick. He's not having any problems with his overheating.... Typical ;)

I've also got kodi on my RPi 3 game emulator thingy but I haven't set it up yet.

I haven't got a clue about it tbh. Plus it was bought with all of the retro games and Kodi pre installed on it so I haven't learned about it through installing anything. Messing about with your build/updates and adding them to Fire devices helped me understand a bit more about Kodi and sideloading to android devices.

Do you have a link to one of these shield TVs you recommend sir.

Got this all setup yesterday so thanks Agueroooo! Much appreciated been having fun with the movies so far, not sure my internet is going to support live streaming of footy (it wasn't last night) but will test properly Sunday!

For anybody having issues installing the Kodi ARM onto a firestick (I wasted about 2 hours at this point) and keep getting the spinning icon but nothing else, you have to scroll all the way to the left in ES exlporer, all the way to the bottom, then all the way to the right to the 3 dots, click that and tick open in browser...download starts instantly

Sorry if already covered and not really to do with the BM build install but still worth knowing when trying to install Kodi

It's a bit of a learning curve at first but you get used to it pretty fast

To be honest a shield TV is only any good if you have a 4k TV and is very expensive. If you have a 1080p TV just get yourself a fire TV box mate
