by today's standards moshiri is not wealthy and i would imagine any transfers would be dependent on player sales, he would invest more in a stadium development as this is how he would get a less risky return. the tv money will probably be a greater input than moshhiri's cash. most club's spending will be based on the tv money i would imagine. if we had a £100 million budget which i very much doubt, player prices will be forced up as the selling club will hold the aces.
