What I've said, and what I keep repeating, is that you're underestimating what is happening with Everton. Why the hostility?



I do find it odd that Koeman hasn't been announced yet but he's definitely coming to us. There's been far too much movement with regards to contracts for there not to be a manager deciding on them.



Gibson was underused, not injured. Koeman obviously rates him and has plans for him.



You're right to be apprehensive as we've been let down countless times before, but don't be too cynical. You don't need endless millions if you spend it well. You do need endless millions if you spunk it on rubbish a la the RS did.

Gibson only played once in the 2013/14 season, and struggled for fitness at united. he has been injury plagued for all his career almost. i admire your optimism but in fairness so far nothing has happened at everton.

Didn't take long to backtrack did it.
I ain't got no problem with a club coming into money, just don't start saying you're going to change the face of football coz you've found a few tenners stuffed down the back of the sofa.
Porky parry slagged us off to high heaven because we'd suddenly gone mega rich overnight.
Now the same things happened and it's fantastic.

Oh wow, that was quite a scare, when I first read this I thought Kingsley Coman was going to Everton. I was thinking to myself "why would he leave Bayern to play for the fucking Toffees?"

Thank God its Ronald Koeman. Kingsley is one hell of a winger and only like 12 years old, his potential is scary. I watched Coman play a couple times under Pep at Bayern, he and Douglas Costa are the new Ribery and Robben. I'd take either Costa or Coman over Raheem 10 out of 10 times at the moment.

I didn't realise just how quick young Kingsley is until I saw him fly past that Romanian player on Friday evening.

Now confirmed. Great appointment for Everton, but it must be pretty dispiriting being a Southampton fan and seeing your club lose their best players/managers year after year.
