Mehhh. Hate to be the voice of decent again but hes not been the same after catching Malaria and its another player that misses a load of football with the African nations cup.

Based on last seasons form is he that much better than Nedum or Kompany at centre half ? I dont think so.

If he can recapture his form of a couple of seasons ago then he'll be a bloody good signing for us, he's still only 28.
Hope he'll be the last African player we go for though, the African Nations Cup will cause us big problems otherwise.
