is it even the same injury?. Most of the other times he was injured he walked off normally, whilst he was really limping this time. Great shame because without him we are like a rudderless ship and the replacements are not nearly good enough.

Let's look at it like this....Vinnie amongst other players in our side have been absolutely historic for man city

I say leave him for the rest of this season to give him a big break ... Other legends such as Sergio have stated they will leave but guess what .... football players will come and go and change

We owe it to several players in our midst to support them and simply not say they are done . Let's face it without them we would have done nothing over recent years...injuries come and that's a fact ... to say they should do one is just unreal... Many people on here with such short memories

Fair enough if you want to criticise someone for not trying or not performing.

The man has a genuine injury problem that he is working as hard as he physically can to put right.

It doesn't matter how much he cares if he does it from the stands & the physio's table.

It does matter how much he cares because we're not some superficial club that ignores the impact of players such as Kompany have had on our club and moulding our future. As far as I'm concerned, he should stay here as long as he is able and wants to because he has earned that. 'Fans' such as yourself really fit in with the media's portrayal of us.
