It's not apparent at all. It doesn't say it anywhere. The appeal won't even be until Tuesday or Wedensday.

From a lad i know that works for city in Abu Dhabi, he's usually spot on with his onfo (never gets transfer info), but on other things he has never been wrong. Just passing it on
How on earth would somebody in Abu Dhabi know about a decision by the English Football association...unless brown envelopes were involved. Nothing reported here in the United Arab Emirates.

You can to a certain extent see why Dean thought it was a two footed challenge although that isn't automatically deemed a red card offence. Wilshere actaully thought he was going to get a red card and he wasn't even moaning about the challenge. All the evidence is there however to show that the tackle (funny how nobody is saying it was a foul) wasn't reckless, didn't use excessive force and Vinny wasn't out of control. The FA should do the right thing and overturn it.

But we all know that they won't. Just like the plod, they protect their own.
