Kompany return date?

We maybe don't want to say anything knowing that everyone will add 10 mill because its us anyway but if they know he is done it will be more?

Calf or not his time might well have been coming to an end anyway.

Another who has been the spine of our side and been an incredible player but we have to think about rebuilding that spine with Pep about to arrive and Vinny is no good to us injured all the time.

I also think there is far more to all this than just a calf injury and the fall out from the playing for Belgium when we didn't want him too goes much deeper.
Yeah he will always be a legend in my eyes but that's a blot on his copy book, not that he'd give a fuck what I think and nor should he although I'm sure right now he wishes he'd given his body a bit more rest as our doctors recommended.

hope to god he can get back to full fitness there is nobody better in the world and he would walk into any team. but in the back of my mind am saying time is right to bring in somebody with the talent of Kompany and then use vinny to add to the squad that can play 15 to 20 games a season but like I said I HOPE TO GOD HE CAN GET BACK

Never thought a calf injury could be that bad! I would love to know what the fuck is actually wrong. Not like he did his ACL.

Either way, it's a huge blow for us and him

When you say done do you mean for the season or a career ending injury? Either way it's a devastating blow, both for Vinny and the club.
Worries he may not be back professionally. Currently doing a circuit of specialists. So much scar tissue and it doesn't stretch like normal muscle.

Having said that, I've never heard of a calf muscle ending a players career before unless someone can enlighten me?

But I'm 100% certain Vinny will be doing anything and everything to get back.
