Kudos to Beckham

not like he'll miss the money though is it, publicity stunt more than anything.

Of course it is.

If it weren't, he wouldn't have made it public knowledge.

As someone else has said he and his stick insect are both publicity whores.

I can't stand either one of them!

First thing first, any charity receiving donations is a positive thing so I'm glad about that, however.... This stinks and is such a publicity stunt. I'm sat watching facebook and on the verge of exploding over the Beckham is a legend nonesense going on! Such a shameless media whore, if you do that keep it to yourself don't publicise it! I've had enough of the Beckham hoopla now the guy hasn't been relevent for a decade!

Whether a publicity stunt or not, it's a hell of a gesture.

Why would he say anything nice about city ? He played for Manure and he is supposedly a manure fan. Would you want any city player to be complimentary about them ?

For England he has over 100 caps and always performed, as an Englishman I don't think you can fault him and was instrumental in the Olympic bid

He has called what our owners are doing in the past wrong
But has no problem with what psg are doing

What do you make of that?

Well the same could be said about everyone else but Chelsea fans. Uefa have slated us. But now it's all quiet because a French team and QPR are doing it. But I don't hold a grudge against him because he doesn't like City.
I hate united and my cousin hates City but we still go out together.

Well I suppose he will get around it by saying he isn't actually being paid by them !!! And of course a hypocrite.

Why do you think as a free agent he chose deadline day to join them. Maximum media coverage on deadline day. Fair play to him with the wages but just another PR stunt, another notch on his what to a Knighthood we all know will happen
