Kyle Walker newspaper story

Every weekend? I’m 50 odd and don’t think I’ve ever seen a bloke in a bar pull his kecks down and do the helicopter.

Do they have 12 fingers where you live?
47. I've seen it once. Not in a pub. In an institution.

It's not normal. It's not ok, either. I think he needs dropping. This is a big mistake. He looks like someone with issues. He has failed to protect himself from onlookers, the media, even the law. The worse thing is he's failed to protect his self-respect. That's not a euphamism. It's just... he's too respected and experienced to accept this as anything else than some sort of absolute last chance saloon moment, or maybe even a cry for help.

He can get help, sort things and comes back. No lack of sympathy. Anyone can make mistakes. Pressure gets to everyone. This is a catastrophic way to deal with things. He can do so much better.

It definitely does not sit well with me that this is his example to someone like Phil, and other young players, who see him week in and week out when they are growing up. That's the future of the club.

It's not the swinging sixties. It's not the heavy drinking macho seventies. It's not really much of a PC world out there so often... but it is a world full of cameras, video downloads... and it's a world full of people who understand and can help others avoid throwing it away so stupidly.

The opposition fans are gonna have some fun with this one. Walker get your WILLY OUT. etc etc. LOL.

Considering we've got a pivotal week for our season ahead it's disappointing that he's chosen to behave in this way. Pep gave them time off to let their hair down, not get their cocks out when pissed. It's pretty pathetic for a guy of his age and experience in the public eye to be doing that sort of thing.

Pep's in such a tricky position now because clearly he's picking between Lewis and Walker depending on the opposition and you'd imagine with Zaha etc he'd want to play Walker. But I'm sure he's rather keen to kick him out of the squad for at least one game as a message.

If Pep is the man we think he is......Walker wont be playing Saturday, and maybe not the next few games. This incident is not the first,allegedly......
