Thing is Levy will make a bid for a player late in the window and if it doesn't come off he ain't arsed zero pressure on him and the manager! he budgets the team on staying up thats why they pay peanuts on wages.
Course there is pressure, Spurs need the champs lge as much as anyone with their new stadium and their fans are equally demanding.
He pays peanut wages, extracts as much money from transfers as possible and yet they still have finished Top 3 these last couple of years. Credit where it is due they are very well run.
