Sounds bad, like the kind of mystery injury that hangs around for ages.
Incredibly invasive and extended surgery on that really fragile, easily damaged thing that makes your leg bend and straighten? For a player specialising in the most intense position on the pitch regarding sprinting and ground covered? Pretty sure you're making too much of this mate...

It's only a single report, shat out by the Daily Mirror's "transfer rumour generator", that is being picked up by other media sites with nothing better to report on.

In fairness, maybe not. I always read his name as "blue in the USA" as it turns out, its "blue in the SA" so perhaps he is in South Africa. In that case its forgivable.
Couple of reports on News Now claiming Chelsea are now also showing an interest in Walker.
Our transfer policy recently has always been nail down the player and agent first, then take it to the club when you know the player is 100% committed.
I can't remember the last time we got the rug pulled under us from a 3rd club coming in and hijacking a transfer.
Anyway there's other very good RB's out there if he wants to go to Chelsea instead.

You're right, it just doesn't happen. I think less so in this case as it's been widely reported Walker wants to move out of London and closer to home/family.
He's quite literally the best RB in the country, already familiar with the league and the language, a good age, pacey... what more can we want?Walker is embarrasing to have at city

I have heard 'XXX to City is done' too many times to take it to mean anything anymore. No offence to any of those currently claiming Walker is a done deal. I'm just incredibly pessimistic.

Im sure they are interested but looks like we have got the agent and the player agreement and its just dealing with spurs oh Levy would want an auction also.

Like their interest in Stones and Sterling was real too. It's not a surprise when English players move all the big clubs are interested. He's still coming to City! :)
I mean, Spurs haven't sold to Arsenal or Chelsea (outside Campbell and Sullivan on free transfers) in over 30 years. This isn't coincidental but an integral policy at Tottenham that they've upheld through good years and bad.
The chances of Chavski taking Walker from Spuds would be zero if it wasn't already zero, from having been confirmed as done by Jon.
