One of your major player (one of the two superstars) is making such a speech and causing ruckus in the press.
If the club says nothing, they'll appear weak. The message is not well written but the content is good enough. Reaffirming next year, our 50 year anniversary, is very important for us and for Mbappé and a little dig to the player with the last part when they add that every player will have to play his part with the collective in mind. Effectively saying mildly to Mbappé to keep his ego in check.

Neymar and Mbappé are sensitive issues and you can see Real Madrid even published their "comunicado oficial" last year as soon as some rumors were going on in the press.

I would hate to have a player that says that kind of thing and the club has to tip toe around him because he is a star player,he is too young to be a primadonna,he hasn't proved anything yet

He opted to stay in a tin pot league where he can rack up his medals without testing himself so no he hasn't proven himself, over a 10 mth ultra competitive league and 4 competitions is proving yourself imo
