Burst out laughing .every home should have a pet Rodwell !!!Pughie said:I can only assume this would be a 6 month loan till the American season starts
Would Rodwell go out on loan for 6 months in the meantime? or would we keep him as a sort of pet?
It might benefit the young players. He is a good example and leader, but we have plenty of thoseLove_Each_Day said:Lampard isn't the player he was but I thought he was still decent in the games I saw last season, especially away against Arsenal and the 2-0 win at Anfield. He was one of the big factors taking the sting out of those games for Chelsea when we could have done with some of that in those fixtures. Could be a bit like the Vieira loan, not so much in the legs anymore but football brain sharp as ever.

Heh
On another note, City do seem to like feeding off the scraps of other club legends...Lampard (if true), Vieira, Hargreaves (to an extent), and Fowler, Schmeichel and McMannaman before the sheikhs. Despite winning the title twice, only perhaps Touré and Aguero have similar status for City themselves, and even then they haven't had the same longevity.
