Huws, just remembered that his loan deal is 6 months. Maybe Huws is coming in jan to replace Lampard?

Sorry if already posted but is this the same arsenal that let's henry come back each year and keep match fit and play for them from the mls or a different arsenal ? Double standards or memory loss ?

No. Just plain old hypocrisy.
Just hope he chokes on his bile.

I like Lampard and I'm glad we have a Chelsea Legend playing for City.. Chelsea fans will hate it!

If you listen to the media and moreso to fans from other clubs (you will find it's just fans from the old top 4), it seems nobody understands the structure of this loandeal, they don't understand FPR, nor the restrictions laid upon us.

Another thing that does not surprise me, but comes out the more clearer everytime FPR are being mentioned, it's all about City and to a lesser degree PSG. It has nothing to do with clubs that, how did that spokesman of the FPR-committe said it ... "we don't want what happened to Portsmouth happen to other clubs". Whaha-haha, what a joke comment to a joke set of rules. But I'm not amazed if FIFA comes out and state it is not permitted to loan players between clubs with the same owner. How come the old G14 hadn't thought that one over ...

City in the last 6 years:
- You will never get top players in ... we did
- You will never win any major silverware ... we did
- You will never win the PL ... we did
- You will not be able to buy players under FPR-restrictions ... we did
- You will never be able to honour the HG-quota ... so far we are

4 years to go for our owner in his 10 year project. And this year we open our fantastic state to the art Etihad-campus and the club financial results will show we play even. We must be really an annoyence to the world.

With all this talk about FFP again does anybody know if 3rd party ownership is covered in the rules? We can't have 3rd party owned players but some leagues in Europe still allow it. Does this not give them an unfair advantage since the transfer fee could be offset by some rich person?

It does, as does having a lower tax rate with wages.
