If you look at a dummies guide to winning titles, selling your best players is right there under "things you don't do".
Well I see on my map that France is beneath England. So maybe Mr Wenger can go back there.

Comes across really well on his OS interview clip.

Very professional and humble.

There's a pattern emerging here. The no dickheads policy is blossoming.

True, the easiest route from London to Manchester seems to be by playing for Wenger.

I have two good friends who are both season ticket holders at Stamford Bridge and have been for years. One of them told me he couldn't believe Lampard had been released and Drogba had been brought back and agreed it was a good short term signing for City. By all accounts the majority of them didn't know that we had partnership involvement with NYCFC when Frank signed. Then one or two twigged and its been muted for a few weeks amongst them that they expected him to end up at the Etihad. Some gnashing of teeth from the younger fans but the older and more sensible of Chelsea fans wish him (and City) well although obviously not at Chelsea's expense.

Frank Lampard has been my favourite English player of the last decade. I have great respect for him as a goal scoring midfielder. What Yaya did last season with his amazing goals tally, Lampard did for eight years in a row. Quite brilliant really.

He's scored 251 goals in 844 games, from midfield! There can be a decade go by without even centre forwards scoring that many goals.

He's always kept himself out of the cheesy side of the media too. Never twatted a DJ because he wouldn't play some crap eighties pop track, he hasn't shagged his mates bird, he hasn't called someone a black c**t on the pitch, he hasn't jumped out of a back window and driven home knowing he's got a drugs test, he's not shagged his brother's wife, he's not shagged someone while his wife is days away from giving birth to his baby, he's no known to go to back street brothels to shag 67 year old tarts, he's never seemed like a jumped up little prick like so many other English players do neither...

Of all the English lads out there over the last decade, we seem to have had some of the best with Barry Milner Richards Lescott and now Lampard. We've seemed to stay away from the c**ts!

I'm pleased he's come to us for this short stint and pleased for NY too.

Like lampard as a player, and think he will help us

Really uncomfortable about the whole situation tho.

He's not our player, but we pay all his wages and he comes to us at our convenience?

Sorry - it stinks, And is a really bad development for football (as opposed to our club)
