yeah but the key factor is this year we are not playing county championship games in manchester there being played at our satellite grounds

and obviously being on the coast it will rain less

In true Lancashire fashion they are making one hell of a balls up in the Game at Durham, Lancs 313/all out Durham 395/3 they have put 300 on for the 4th wicket.

Surrey are trying to blood(belatedly I admit) young English lads as well, though there's always room for improvement as we have the biggest budget and catchment area for club cricketers...

RHB done another of his 20/20 innings again, thank god the 20/20s start this week so he can get away with it more.
