Wonder if you feel the same way about Elvis having just watched the biopic Priscilla about Priscilla Pressley ( on the assumption this film is accurate about the subject matter). Can’t understand how parents of a 14-year old girl were happy for their daughter to stay over nights at a 26-year old man‘s house.I loved this film.
I actually remember my mum trying to get me to go to bed (I was 4 or 5) because the 68 comeback special was being shown on UK TV. All she kept saying was "Elvis is coming on, Elvis is coming on!!" Lol
Mind you she was only about 24 so I'll let her off ;-)
I love If I can Dream from that special. You want to cheer Elvis on knowing the shit Parker put him through.

Still got a really strong cockney accent which until hearing him, most people would assume he is American.Christian Bale is Welsh, not English.
Born in Haverfordwest.

Just watched it this afternoon. Very good. Neeson is excellent in it, as is Kerry Condon. Word of advice, though; make sure you concentrate on actually listening to it; the accents can be tricky to decipher at times. In the land of Saints and Sinners is very good.
Set in a rural Donegal village about a hit man trying to retire.
Well worth a look.
