Finally started to watch Top Gun: Maverick. Lasted 30 minutes. Probably one of the worst scripts of all time. Basically what I saw was Tom Cruise saying "aren't I great"

Man/men slowly going insane while in deep space. All been done before but we really enjoyed it.

You may have a certain bias. I haven't seen it to be fair but everyone I know who did see it were very complimentary.

The film I've probably been looking forward to most this year and boy oh boy did it not disappoint, absolutely mental.

It's basically soft core porn for the first hour but after that it's gets batshit crazy

Gave it 4.5/5 on letterboxd
