1. villa isnt for sale no matter what

2. madrid have been priced out by someone else and that could only be us

but why would they buy huntelaar if villa was attainable?
they have always expressed an interest in villa and so to buy huntelaar would mean either one of the two reasons

Huntelaar was much cheaper than Villa will cost if he moves, maybe Real Madrid really don't want to be paying upwards of 40mil on a striker nowadays?
