I wonder how far ADUG would go.... how desperate are they to sign a big name player. Surely if ADUG would offer, say 100 million for Villa, Valencia would not say no if they are really that far in the shit?

I'm not sure that this is totally dead in the water ........... I guess time will tell

The response from the agent ............ isn't promising but these guys make million by lying through their teeth

and the response from Guillem ...... is basically saying that nothing is sorted yet according to his sources and it would appear that Guillem has spoken to Villas' agent who said we are having meetings in the next couple of week with interested clubs

however the agent
Tamargo told setanta.com: “At the moment, we are not speaking with any clubs, as David Villa is trying to make history with Valencia.

so basically the agent has said two totally different things in the space of a day or two


I'll wait this out and if we don't get Villa I'm sure that the owner will try their hardest to get someone else to cheer us all up

If the agent is trying to drive up the deal we should walk away now and see what Valencia's reaction is ? after all the rumours are that they need him to help them out, it could get acrimonious very quickly if someone removes your £50m safety net over a greedy agent, and if not then it probably wasnt on the cards anyway !

To be fair to the agent in question, at least he's providing reassurance to the fan's (of Valencia) which makes him about a thousand times the better man than say Willie McKay.

I can't handle it, I was actually finding it hard to sleep last night, and its a fucking month before anything is likely to happen!! I'm going to be a wreck, and we will sign Santa Cruz an the end of it all!!

Why does everyone believe everything Balligue says?? I am more inclined to believe Villa's agent than him. Fair enough he knows his stuff but he isnt always right you know and he gets paid for having this sort of inside info - so if he doesnt he says "My sources tell me this" and he gets paid.

His agent has pretty much said nobody has made an approach and Villa isn't going anywhere

His agent has not said he is going no where - just that he has not spoke to anyone yet. Guillem has said that his agent has spoke to several clubs. I know who i'd believe.

This is his agent isn't it? Not an ex-agent. Does he have more than one agent? Is it possible that ADUG are going past agents? Can they? Could they on a case-by-case basis? Why do players have agents anyway? To look after their interests. Are ADUG likely to pull a fast-one on any player?
