I'm happy to wait this one out as far as I'm concerned it's still in the air

It would appear that the agent has said one thing to setanta and another to Guellim

at the end of the day how many twists and turn did the Ronnie transfer have one day it was doom and gloom the next it was looking likely

hell it only the 9th of Dec the window doesn't open for another 23 days and then on top of that there a full month

Plenty of time for more twists and turns

Agents never tell the truth to insignificant internet journalists. They tell them what they want them to publish at the time. Quite often the agent will call the "journalist" with "news" rather than the other way around.

well this is very close to my take on it... do anyone really expect an Agent come out and say anything else than what he did... then if you do you need a reality check... of course an agent wont risk a multi million deal by blubbing confidential info to an Internetsite... he risk all his wages by doing it... think before react!!! I wouldnt expect anything but denials from agents, clubs and players until the deal is done and all parts have agreed to come out and spill the beans

agree, it sure reads like testing the waters, seeing if anyone jumps in with a better deal.

probably because Villa wants his starting spot guaranteed now that he knows he'd be competing with the likes of Benjani for it.

it might be well underway, but i doubt it's a done deal yet.
