IF a stadium will be built at Pier 40 it will be ridicoulusly expensive. But, it would also be one of the most beautifull stadiums in the world with an unmatched view.
Butt hell, if the sheikh wants to spend all his $$$ and it doesn't ruin Man City's FFP, then id say GET IN! (i know infastructure doesn't count, but who knows, they might alter the FFP)

How can this impact on FFP it is an American Franchise and would not come under the European Rules. Also the costs of NYCFC would be kept seperate from MCFC for their expenditure again would have no impact on the club.

The entire project is just a way of exploiting the american market and hopefully gaining a few more sponsors for MCFC.

as i said FFP doesn't count in infastructure, but who knows, they might adapt the FFP if Twatini dislikes what we are doing.

NYCFC is completely separate to MCFC so Platini can't say a thing. If there was anything he could do he would have piped up by now but because there isn't he has said nothing.

Back on topic, those renders look superb. What a stadium that would be.

Pier 40 is a great location! How many seats will that have looks like a 25000-30000 seater.
