He's not got enough on the header and hasn't taken the chance of it going wide.

It's clearly going in the net before it hits his hand

Ooh, I dunno about that. I've watched it a fair few times now and it's not clear to me that it's going in. Might have just sneaked in or hit the post. I think Sergio knows he hadn't quite got enough on it, his hand's up there and he takes the chance on diverting it in, maybe instinctively, but hoping it's not noticed. It's not in his nature to cheat, and he'd have sullied his reputation as an honest player if the goal had been allowed, but sometimes in the heat of the moment it's just too tempting.
His hand was about 6 inches from his head, do you honestly believe he judged that he hadn't got enough of a head on it so intentionally handled it? Bizarre. It was clearly an accident

Except the lino initially went with "goal" and headed for the half way line, and Mason blew for a goal, so we have no idea who decided it wasn't a goal, other than the Stoke defenders, and the keeper initially seemed to be bollocking his defence too.

It smells very much like someone had a word over the headset.
You're paranoid stony. We know that couldn't happen as the 4th official doesn't have access to TV replays.

;-)

I must be, I don't know why I think of such outlandish theories ;-)

You can just tell from his demeanour that this guy is a closet rag. He's not even naturally bald ffs..I've heard he earns money on weekdays appearing at children's birthday parties as a Mike Phelan impersonator. Rag to the core.

Unfortunately from the Linesman's view, Aguero’s hands were too high for it to be deemed accidental

Or the 4th official watching it on a monitor ? I saw the Lino running back towards the centre circle, Fat boy Mason gave it and then Stoke protested BUT if the Lino thought it was a goal and Fat boy clearly did they cannot change their minds, I am assuming the 4th official, who is not allowed to interfere (cough cough) had a quiet word in Fat boys ear.

That said, I am glad it was disallowed, can you imagine the media shit storm if we had gone on to win by 4 or 5 and that was the 2nd (killer) goal right before half time ?

Why should we give a shit about the media .
I don't really care what they say or write about us .
In fact Mason was poor last night and I was just surprised he gave us a penalty .
I can't think of one referee that's done a really good job this season .

For some reason he has a reputation as a cheat anyway. He either gets wrongly booked for diving or fails to draw a penalty kick or free kick majority of the time he is fouled. Such as last night, if Mason doesn't give that, he assumes he's dived and the defender did the grand total of fuck all excpet kick into him.

Pavel the Czech guy who did the Bayern match at The Etihad. I'd have him every week. Until he disallowed a Sergioooooooo goal when he headed the ball onto his hand and IN! Goal every day of the week, Pavel!!

Did he have a season card at the swamp, has he ever said that he supports the rags, are his family red?
Asking for a friend.
Used to live Moses Gate. Always claimed to support Bolturn. Ever since we gave the PL a dossier I don't think he's reffed us since?
