Leeds (H) | Post Match Thread

Far too many players under performing today. Reminded me of some our 1-0 defeats. against Sunderland. 2 shots and 2 goals is very poor and against 10 men is unforgivable. Hope Spuds can do us a favour tomorrow.
We are still poor whenever we concede first

Jesus??? Honestly, I don't know what some of you are watching on a weekly basis. He is not good enough for us and games like this prove it. He isn't a difference maker in any way.
 
Poor from Pep.....get the game (and the league) won then rest some players......Cancello really looks as though he’s sulking and along with Sterling and Mendy was awful....although Torres apart from the goal was not much better.
All in all a poor day at the office.....and really frustrating.....could be going into the later season games with the premiership already won.....
Team selection against United and Leeds has cost up big time !
 
Pretty disgraceful performances from Cancelo & Sterling. That front 3 were a joke. Torres goal apart did nothing. Sterling took the wrong option every single time. Mendy was awful in his 60 odd minutes.

Tactically that was awful, yet again exposed on the counter while playing slow ponderous football in front of Leeds back 8. We had an extra man for 45 and never moved the ball quickly at all. It was every bad performance in the league last season. Yet again our finishing was beyond woeful, 29 shots, 7 on target.

Seriously concerned about our mentality when we go behind. We’ve recovered to win twice his season, neither occasion in the league. This season 6 times we’ve gone behind in the league and we’ve got 2 draws. Same mentality that saw us recover from 1-0 against Lyon and still lose.

This our biggest month of the season and that performance doesn’t augur well for the next 2 huge games.
