covers alot of issues we are all talking about for me.
Let's just say Im not certain all 3 can make the step up. And if they all can't, then that creates uture problems.

ah ok. I think they could understudy to a very decent level personally. There are other quality targets about though

Cancelo was nominated as one of the best players this season, why bench him ?
It's different options, to have one attacking fullback and one who stays back.

Pep could go with both fullbacks attacking but I don't think he prefers that for balance in defense.

Would go all out for Theo Hernandez if I was txixi , would be unbelievable in this team . Not far off Walker for pace and has cancelo’s technical ability . He’s also a big lad at 6ft which is always a bonus.
Would probably cost 60 million + but Milan have been linked with a lot of our players recently maybe a deal could be done with one of Jesus/Sterling ?
I see more of a Kolarov in him than most.

To be fair every time I've seen Cucurella play this season I've been impressed. Not a superstar signing but they don't all have to be, think it's a good option. Premier League proven also.
Not a superstar signing, unless pep signs him obviously. Apparently he only buys and works with superstars.

We are the biggest club and the best team in the world. And despite all this, there are 2 problems here. First - why would Brighton already sell him? And for 30 million? He only arrived the summer before, a contract for 4 years, was selected as the player of the season. The 2nd problem - why would he want to leave? He plays regularly, was named player of the season, he is still very young and this was only his first year in England. Why would he choose to be only a rotation player after Cancelo?

well, two trains of thought really when a club like city come knocking.
You take the money and relax as a squad player
or
you believe in yourself and want to prove you're the best.

Let's hope (if true) it's the second!

I mean if they get like 15-20m for Zinchenko and Mendys salary off the books, its well worth the upgrade.

You're looking at about £40million for Zin he walks into any squad in the Prem. Same as Ake.

I hope to fucking dear God we don't sell the lad though.

Zinchenko, as a fullback, wouldn't walk in to any of the top 10 teams. Barely the top 15. He's super adapted and protected by City current system.

To be fair, he doesn't walk into our team either. He's a rotation option and a bloody fine one. Really not sure why anyone would want him gone but opinions, I guess.

For me, the pros far, far outweigh the cons.
