I like VAR it’s just very immature and it was never going to be right first season.
I cannot see how having his arms in front of his face is any justification? The rest of the wall didn’t and it ain’t like Kev’s a looker or owt :)

This is why it wasn’t handball
it is not usually an offence if the ball touches a player’s hand/arm

• if the hand/arm is close to the body and does not make the body unnaturally bigger

Such is the life out of a footballer: hero to zero in the blink of an eye.Was disappointed with Sergio tonight but I clapped him off nonetheless because he's been a legend these last 8-9 years.

My interpretation was that people were not taking into account him getting back up to speed after nearly 2 seasons out. I've made the point before, he'll have more assists in 10 games than Walker will have in 10 seasons
