and he kind of played Alaba there sometimes as well. But yeah out and out wingers would be 4 so he definitely would want 4 here. Sterling, Navas, Nolito and Sane would be what seems likely. Ofcourse that begs the question to what happens to Silva/Nasri/KDB, only space for one of them. Seems there will be a lot of rotation. Wasn't it a record that he hadn't kept the same team in like 96 games?

Yes I think it was something like that. Pep constantly changes personnel and tactics.

He often played 4-1-4-1 with line ups like -

Lewandowski
Costa-Muller-Thiago-Coman
Alonso

or

Lewandowski
Costa-Muller-Robben-Coman
Vidal

So there's no reason why he wouldn't consider something like

Aguero
Sterling-Silva-KDB-Sané
Fernandinho

or

Aguero
Nolito-KDB-Sterling-Aubameyang.
Fernandinho

Pep rarely played with 3 "wingers" and Thiago never played alongside Muller, always behind with Alonso or Vidal when he was healthy. He played Alonso right in front of the backline providing coverage and pivoting play more often than not allowing Vidal freedom to make runs into the box. With how high he likes to play his line, it would be suicide to play with that many outright attacking players.

You can look up the starting lineups of every game he played for Bayern and I pulled those straight from transfermarkt.de - they are lineups he put out.
