How could Pep know anything about the player. I bet he'd never seen him play. Granted Celtic might not have gone for the loan if it wasn't for 18 months, well then don't do it. There would have been other clubs interested. It's been a great move for the player, and of course there are positives, but we know now that he's at the point where he'd be ready to start the odd game, and I am sure we wouldn't be looking at wide forwards - not before Pep had a chance to work with him in pre-season.
Pep is obsesses with video analysis. I think it is safe to say he has seen him play.

They won that game due to one man coming off the bench and that was Coman, i said on another thread recently that he's one of the only players i'd take from Bayern (Alaba aside).
Ironically though he's still contracted to Juve and knocked them out of the competition, that kid is going to be some player, mark my words

Was going through some top 10 prospects under 20 list, that had him ranked 2nd to only Kingsley Coman. That shocked me as I Rate him around 15 - 20 at the highest. But hey, someone rates him the 2nd best prospect under 20. That's pretty good.
