If we lose Bernie, Sane has to be in the conversation. Not many natural replacements for Bernie if he goes so I think sane can do a job for 2 seasons.

We can’t take a player who will take a season to settle I’d rather use Bob.

I actually see Bernie finishing is contract off for one more year then leave.

I would like sane back if Bernie goes

Not sure of his exact age but he would not take two years this side of thirty ,the last contract is their last chance to make money so they look to play till thirty three ish

I'd like to see him back. That Centurions season, with him, Raheem and Sergio/Gabriel up front was breathtaking stuff. But I honestly can't see Pep wanting him back. They didn't see eye to eye during Leroy's last season with us (that he was fit). IIRC, Leroy was in and out of the side during that season.

They're a million miles apart as players - Bernie runs himself into the ground for the team, Sane NEVER got the concept of the team.
We need a much more rounded player if Bernie leaves - just my opinion mind

No news on this from a City front but apparently utd & Arsenal are interested in him. His contract is up in the so he's almost certainly going to be available in January, we'd be daft not to go in for him

I don’t think it is such a bad idea but it means a player out of the squad to make it possible and a decision will need to be made to move another player on. Now careful mentioning names of who you would move on to make signing Sane possible.
