Would you have Sane back?

I thought he was great for us until he lost form after that Liverpool game when he scored the winning goal.
Cannot see him coming back though.

Player's personal attitude has become a key aspect of our scouting, finally! It's what makes the difference when it comes to winning finals.

We can beat most of our opponents with players like Sané but our squad is built mainly for the crunch time, the big matches when it counts.
Sadly the personality of players is rarely discussed in transfer debates although being so important. Obviously it's much more difficult than watching a skill's video or debating the money involved.

Leroy is in our hearts for some fantastic moments and always will be.
But he also is a little sulker and we definitely don't need that in our squad. We want winner's mentality and strong resilience when times are tough to finally win a CL final against clever opponents who want to win more in that moment than we did (up to now).
We had Real in the ropes but lost our heads for some minutes.
We also have shown we have learnt that lesson when Jesus played down the clock vs Villa near the corner flag in a professional way with the message "not this time again - we.want.this.title."

I think we have seen Leroy's best career moments here with us.

Messi did not have an ego?

All the top players have huge egos , some just show it more than others.
Sane is not Messi.

Sane‘s numbers and work rate don’t allow him to have any sort of ego.

Sane isn’t the best player at Bayern.

Sane wouldn’t be the best player here.

He either becomes a team player, or his career will meander along disappointingly until he calls it a day.

Not sure what your on about?

I was replying to the comment Pep can't manage ego's, ALL footballers have ego's and the higher up the food chain you r the bigger the ego.

I don't want him, I loved Sane but he made his own bed now he has to deal with it

No surprise Bayern want rid, we saw it when he was here and the German national team saw it....no matter how much talent you have (and boy does he have talent) it takes a certain mentality to make it to the truely elite

We are moving a different direction and don't need someone who thinks he's better than he is

Sad though as imo we haven't had a front three as devastating as we did when it was Sterling (RW) - Sergio (CF) - Sane (LW) and even sadder given Jesus was supposed to take over from Sergio and we were going to have this world class front three for the next decade
