Fucking scary how good he's going to be. He has everything and he's so close to having it all together, even now he's absolutely terrifying with his pace, directness and his ability to take the ball in his stride at pace. Just a touch more consistency with his final ball and he'll be a world beater.

Love how he celebrated the assist for the first goal like he'd scored it himself!
 
This lad is going to be one of the most effective players whoever played the game imo. If he can stay free of severe injury his ability to single handed give us a lift or turn a game going away from us will be held in the highest possible regard by anyone who likes football.

Fearless, does not panic in any situation, pace enough to skin any defender. The best thing is i could copy and paste this to the Sterling thread to or the KDB thread. We have a fantastic squad and it will only improve.
 
He had a great chance at 5-3 to go through on goal & a possible 6-3 scoreline which I would have been quite comfortable going there with but a heavy touch took the ball away from him & the opportunity was lost. But apart from that I thought he had a great game.

They are developing a real partnership and understanding now. They have learnt each others runs and the types of cross they put in, and have adjusted accordingly and now we're seeing them get on the end of each others great bits of play much more often, whereas early on there was a lot of putting crosses into empty boxes or over hitting passes to each other.
 
What a player. His dribble prior to the give and go with Silva and pass to Sterling arriving in the box was astonishing. Just astonishing.
