It's funny how people watching the same game notice different things. I was saying after the game yesterday that I thought he really worked hard and did a lot of tracking back. There were a couple of times in the second half in particular where he dashed back to help zinchenko and they were doubling up on people to win the ball back. Maybe I noticed it more cos it was on my side of the pitch.

Everyone should notice it. The doubling and dispossessing happened 2ice, and he helped Zee stifle the passing lane a few other times to.

Good performance yesterday. Still don't think he is anywhere near Sterling, but very good yesterday.
 
Some of his touches and body movements were simply world class yesterday (not for the first time). ANOTHER assist n’all, he’s racking them up now.

He’s the most exciting young player around for me as the more I see Mbappe the more lazy he looks, Sané could end up being the best in the world in his late 20s, I rate him that highly
 
Glad he's back on track. Just what we need against a Liverpool team with a misfiring Salah. Next weekend is a must not lose game. If we have improved as a squad, they cannot lose at Anfield

Totally agree , Sane is far from a lazy player and puts the effort in , he has an edge and an attitude but all truly great players have this
 
He is the biggest talent we have. Who can freaking beat 4 players in 1 run?


Only his bad attidude will be his problem
 
Was having a quieter second half until someone in the stands decided to give him verbals. He duly bit and ran them ragged in the last ten.

For all his brilliant attacking play tonight, what I will remember is his incredible track-back to save Ederson's bacon. He's got Pep's message all right and we are much the better for it. Love you Leroy.
 
Everyone is going on about mbappe being the future ballon do’r Winner! This lad is better than ronaldo was at his age! I just hope he can work hard and continue to progress into the player everyone knows he can be!
 
He's a nightmare for any fullback. Defenders shiver when they see him making a run at them, behind them, through them.
 
While watching the game and looking at the 22 players it was like there is Sane nd then everybody else (with all respect to our other great talents) he is a real stand out. Different class. My head always puts him under Messi category and he is short of nothing to get up there. (As long as he is WILLING TO)
