Still young remember. If he can contribute a little more to the general game like Sterling has (and he should over time) then he'll really be a superstar. I hope he has the patience to stay and develop that some of you on here are lacking.
 
We looked completely different the minute he stepped on the pitch. Some of that is Bernardo inside but also sane. His link up play with Silva immediately put the rags on the back foot. Needs to play the season out. We cannot afford to lose this guy.
 
Brilliant display tonight and had a big impact on the game. He needs more games but when Sterling and Bernardo are playing so well it is difficult for Pep to drop either Raz or Bernardo
 
The player keeping him out of the team is David Silva. Once David gives up his place in a midfield of KDB, Fernandinho (Rodrigo?) and Bernardo, then Leroy becomes the first choice left sided player. That, and the fact that he is only just learning to play both ways, which has improved immensely in recent games (did you see him chasing all the way across to the right midfield today?!), shows how he is maturing as a top quality footballer.

Scored the winner in the most important game of the season and secured the win at OT to give us a great chance of winning the league.

The man for the big occasion.
 
He has 10 goals and 10 assists in what amounts to about 20 full PL games. He needs to start every game, hes one of the best players in the world.
 
I really hope he stays, would be a massive loss if he goes no matter what we get in return.

All the players seemed really happy for him when he scored, which suggest they understand his position and value his dedication imo.

Going by the KDB article in player's tribune, it must be a very difficult phase for him but glad he is up for the challenge

Except Silva a better when Sane plays and Sane is better when Silva plays.

Sane is a big game player who will score or assist in almost every game he plays. Sign him up or regret it for a decade.

Currently that isn’t up for debate, however there’s magic in him that fans can see will develop with experience, that Raz doesn’t possess.

Not a prayer anybody on here thought Sterling would rack up those numbers 2 seasons ago, there was a belief in his ability but he’s exceeded that. Sane for me is at about 70% of his potential and when those other numbers are harnessed, he is going to be regarded as one of the best, still hard work needed but I think next year we’ll see his full potential!
